Tips and Suggestions

1. Our most important tip is “slow and low.” By this, we mean always use a low tempature and plan to cook your entree a little longer. When grilling, the sugar in our teriyaki sauce can easily burn if subjected to high heat, so watch carefully! Baste while on the grill for additional flavor.

2. We recommend using meats that have some ‘marbling’ for best results. Marinate over night whenever possible. This allows the teriyaki flavor to really penetrate the meat and offer that great sweet and smoky flavor when prepared.

3. Pineapple and stone fruits previously marinated or basted on the grill with Truly Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce offer a unique, exotic flavor.
