Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled by calling customer service only until the time they are shipped. Once shipped, your order may not be canceled.
Return Policy
Orders may be returned only if the item is damaged or not in the condition as stated in the description. Damaged shipments or other problems should be reported to our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be made on orders once shipped as long as they arrive safely at their destination and in a condition as described. Damaged shipments or other problems should be reported to our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Shipping Policy
At this time, shipping is included on all orders. Orders can only be shipped within the United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional surcharge which is clearly reflected in all website pricing.
